Three ways to look at the land

Start with the home you imagine.

A property can be beautiful and still need a closer look. We begin with the home you want, the information available, and the questions that could shape your decision.

  • What would you like to build here?
  • What restrictions or easements are already known?
  • Which questions need a specialist’s answer?

You don’t need all the answers

Here’s how to begin.

01

Share the place.

Send the general location or listing and any property information you already have.

02

Tell us what you imagine.

A home size, a few priorities, and the questions on your mind are enough to start.

03

Choose the next step.

We’ll discuss what FIT can address and where a separately scoped service or specialist may be needed.

Start the land conversation

Walk in with questions.
Leave with a direction.

Builder FIT is a complimentary, limited first look and builder conversation. FIT is observational. It is not a written report, instrumented survey, engineered evaluation, septic approval, or formal cost study.

If you need more certainty, a paid Buildability Assessment is a deeper, documented service. Homesite planning is another distinct service. We’ll clarify the appropriate scope before you engage either.

Understand the planning options
What should I bring?

Share the broad location, your intended home, your main questions, and any listing or property information you already have. You do not need to commission a full set of plans first.

Does FIT tell me the land is safe to buy?

No. It is a limited builder conversation. Purchase decisions may require due diligence by surveyors, engineers, soils or septic professionals, legal advisers, lenders, and the relevant authorities.

Is the Buildability Assessment also free?

No. It is a separate paid, documented service. Its scope and fee must be agreed; FIT does not include it.
