Project and roofing inquiries
Information you submit is used to review your request, contact you by your preferred method, and coordinate an appropriate next step.Inquiries are sent through Resend to Matt Farris’s business email, hosted by Microsoft 365. Your submitted details are included in that email. Vercel hosts the website and provides automated spam checks.
Private design questionnaire
Requesting Design services through the project inquiry form triggers an email with a private questionnaire link. This is a response to your request, not a marketing subscription. Questionnaire answers and uploaded files are sent through Resend to Matt’s business email for project review. The private link grants access to the questionnaire; it does not show other clients’ answers.
The questionnaire uses a temporary access cookie. If you choose “Remember my answers,” a draft is kept in your browser for up to seven days and removed after a successful send or when you turn off that option. Files are not stored in that browser draft. Use this option only on a private device, and share only information and files needed for your project.
Tiny Tides interest list
Joining the coastal updates list is optional and requires your consent. You can ask about coastal ownership without joining. Your updates preference is included with your inquiry. To withdraw consent, email matt@farrisbuilds.com with “Tiny Tides unsubscribe.” We will apply your request before sending further updates.
What to leave out
Do not submit financial account details, identification documents, or confidential client records through an initial inquiry. If plans or site documents become useful later, we will agree on a suitable way to share them.
Measurement
This website does not load an advertising tracker or analytics service. Our hosting, security, and email providers process the technical information needed to operate and protect their services. To help prevent duplicate inquiries, this website keeps a submission reference and a digest of the form in your browser’s session storage. Your form answers are not saved there. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database; submitted information is handled through business email and the email delivery provider.
